These terms are a contract between you and SurgeLab AI Ltd ("SurgeLab", "we", "us"), company number 17297397, registered in England and Wales, registered office 81 Fernhead Road, First Floor, London, United Kingdom, W9 3EA. By creating an account, running one of our free checks with your email address, or paying for a plan, you agree to them.
SurgeLab is an online tool. It checks how AI assistants find and describe your business, helps you put that right, and creates brand-consistent content for you to review. Where you have connected the relevant accounts, it can also schedule and publish that content on your behalf. You may invite colleagues to your account, and agencies may use the tool on behalf of the brands they manage. You are responsible for anyone you give access to.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If that changes, we will tell you before VAT is added to any bill. Each plan includes a set allowance of generated images and video credits; anything beyond that is either unavailable until the next period or available to buy separately, as shown on your Billing page.
You can cancel at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part-periods. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity carried out under it. Tell us promptly at support@surgelab.co if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend access that is being used in breach of these terms.
You agree not to use the service to produce or publish content that:
You confirm you have the right to supply any brand assets, photographs, and logos you upload, and the authority to publish to any account you connect.
Content is produced by automated systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or details that do not reflect your business. It is supplied as a draft for review. You are responsible for checking anything before it is approved and published, and you own the final published output.
The service connects to platforms operated by others, including Google and Metricool. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or actions they take on your account.
Where we offer a free trial, its length is the one shown when you sign up or in the invitation you were sent, and the end date is shown on your Billing page throughout. There is no charge during the trial and no charge afterwards unless a payment card has been added. If the trial ends and no card has been added, the account pauses: nothing is charged, nothing new is made, and your data is kept for at least 60 days so you can start a plan and carry on where you left off. You can ask us to close the account and delete its data at any time. If a card has been added, the plan starts at the price shown on your Billing page on the day the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from the same page.
The price of each plan is the one shown on your Billing page when you choose it, and the price you see on our sign-up and checkout pages is the price Stripe charges. Each brand has a monthly generation allowance; when it is used up, generation pauses until the next period or until the allowance is raised. If we change a price we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, and changes to upstream providers can interrupt it.
Either party may end the arrangement on reasonable notice. On termination we will, on request, provide a copy of your generated content and then delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email and reflected in the effective date above.
